Dr. Betty Marshall is an adjunct faculty member in the Conflict Analysis and Engagement graduate program at Antioch University Midwest. She holds a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and an M.A. in Psychology, both from George Mason University. In December 2012, she retired from a 34-years career with Fairfax County Government where she specialized in the area of human capital management. During her career in human resources, she specialized in employment, policy development and review, compliance, employee relations, grievances process and conflict resolution, and talent management (performance management, employee development and training). She has served on the board of directors for a community conflict resolution association (NVMS), and currently sits on the board of directors for an organization that assists victims of domestic violence in rebuilding their lives. She resides in Northern Virginia.
